How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your payment goes through, you will receive a confirmation email stating your order number. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your tracking information. If you do not receive the tracking information, please email us or message us on Facebook. Once you have your tracking number, you can click the "Find My Order" page to check where your order is at any time of any day!  

What about shipping?

Music Meerkat partners with global merchants in order to provide you with some of the best prices and some of the best products around town. This means some of our products ship from our warehouses that are located in China, India, Thailand, etc,.

Due to the fact that we mostly ship from these countries, shipping can take up to around 2-4 weeks, however, most orders are delivered within 12-21 days. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or shipping information, you can email us.

Please note: in the event of extremely high demand, orders can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

We offer free worldwide shipping on most items, excluding selected promotions. See Section 20 in our Terms of Service for more information.

Do you offer returns?

We offer a 30 day return policy. Please visit our Refund Policy for more information.
